Terms of Service

These terms govern the towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside services provided by AllWays Towing and Retrieval LLC ("AllWays Towing") of Bloomington, Illinois. By requesting a tow or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Services and quotes

We provide light and medium-duty towing, long-distance vehicle transport, winch-outs and recovery, accident recovery, and lockout and roadside services in our service area. Any quote given online or by phone is an estimate based on the details you provide; the final charge may change if the vehicle, location, or work required differs from what was described.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate location, contact, and vehicle information.
• Tell us about any special handling needs or hazards at the scene.
• Make sure someone authorized is available at pickup and delivery, or tell us your instructions in advance.
• Remove personal belongings you need from the vehicle before it is towed; we are not responsible for loose personal items left in a vehicle.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unpaid balances may pause further service until resolved.

Liability

We take reasonable care in hooking, transporting, and releasing every vehicle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

Text messaging terms

AllWays Towing offers service-status text messages (the "Program"). By opting in — for example, by checking the text-message box on our request-a-tow form and providing your mobile number — you agree to receive automated service-status texts from AllWays Towing at (866) 818-6946, including request confirmation, driver dispatched with an estimated arrival time, arrival, and job completion. You may also send us photos of the vehicle or scene by text (MMS).

• Frequency: message frequency varies by request; typically up to 5 messages per tow.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (309) 622-1900.
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
